Attorney Erica L. Cicchelli founded her own law practice, Cicchelli Law Offices, PLLC in 2003, with locations in Oakland and Macomb Counties. Erica graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Oakland University. Thereafter, Erica earned her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. For over 16 years, Erica has dedicated her practice to Family Law, Bankruptcy Law, Probate and Criminal Law in the tri county areas of Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

Erica understands that legal matters can often times be complex, time consuming, and emotionally draining for the client. Erica makes it a point to treat her clients’ the way she would like to be treated and strives to be accessible and respectful of her clients’ time, emotions and wallet.
